Ordered on Jan 14, 2024. Website says 2 day shipping. It has been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Emailed, messaged them on website and called with no response. Frustrated and just wanted to replace my Sonic Edge toothbrush since it was starting to have issues. I am hoping someone from Acteh would see this and contact me but not real confident that is going to happen. Don’t know what to say. Website says they are all about customer service. Hate to leave bad review but. Like the toothbrush but customer service is nonexistent!

This is my second electric toothbrush from you. My first one lasted over 10 years before it stopped holding a charge. My dentist exams are always very positive and this toothbrush has contributed to that greatly.

The toothbrush works fine. I would give a better review, however I had purchased the same unit a few years ago and recently had issues with it turning on and off. I sent emails and numerous phone calls, but no one ever responded to me. My dentist asks about this toothbrush and I’m very reluctant to pass on to her about your company. If you want the orders, you need to do a better job of taking care of customer concerns.

I really enjoy using this toothbrush. It’s helped me change the health of my teeth and my dentist can see that. What I’m not thrilled about is that the battery life on it isn’t the best. I’ve had it a few years now and I have to keep it constantly plugged in and on the charger just to be able to use it everyday. It used to hold a charge for days. Also, you can get this brand on Amazon for way cheaper than on this website. The brush heads are spendy and you have to pay for shipping. The prices should be the same across the board. That’s one thing I think this company should be changing.

It brushes the teeth very well, the problem is after about 3 weeks the brush head doesn't stay in place. It seem a piece of plastic that holds it to the handle breaks.

I love this toothbrush! I have had it for a year and a half with no problems. The battery life is awesome. I haven't tested how long it can go off of the charger. I did have it off the charger for 3 weeks straight and never had any lose of power. The vibrations is pretty intense. My wife wasn't a fan of it. Me on the other hand have never felt like...
