I ordered this item on August 20 with 2-day shipping, in order to have it in time for a trip where I was scheduled to leave on August 27. I needed this, because the JetWave toothbrush turns on by itself when placed into a toiletry bag. The on/off button design is very poor, allowing the brush to be activated just by a light touch of surrounding items. As a result, it became necessary to order this travel case.
The case supposedly shipped out on August 20 ("shipping label created"), but the shipping status remained "shipping label created" until August 25, at which point it started moving through the shipping process.
The case ultimately arrived on August 29, a full 7 business days (and 9 normal days) from the day that I ordered it. Needless to say, I had to travel without the case.
I paid for 2-day shipping, but it took 9 days, and I had to travel without the case. This forced me to carry the toothbrush outside of my toiletry bag, for fear of it activating and running down the battery.
This was a very disappointing experience.

With my wife and I have been quarantining and isolating since March 5th, now on day 39. I started thinking about what are the little things that are really enjoyable that we could do more of and better. Drinking more red wine and upgrading our toothbrushes to Acteh Jetwaves came to mind and they kind of go hand and hand! Ordered up black and white Jetwaves with travel cases direct from Acteh (a lot simpler than Amazon),for my wife and I and picked up a case of red wine to boot.
We truly enjoy this product...it's like massage therapy for your mouth plus removes all evidence of our increasing wine habit!
